Your data

Delete your VastuScan account

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time. There are two ways.

In the app (immediate)

  1. 1Open VastuScan and sign in.
  2. 2Go to Profile.
  3. 3Tap Delete account, then Delete my account.
  4. 4Confirm with Yes, delete everything.

Your account and its data are removed straight away. This cannot be undone.

By email (if you no longer have the app)

Write to support@vastuscan.app from the email address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my VastuScan account”. If you signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, say so in your message.

We reply to confirm the request is yours, then delete the account and tell you when it is done.

What is deleted

Your properties, floor plans, photos, reports, chats with Deesha, credits, purchase records, support messages, creator code and notification tokens. Removal from backups completes within 30 days.

Credits left on the account are lost with it and cannot be refunded or moved to another account.

What is kept, without your name or email

  • Cost records of the AI analyses, with no identity attached.
  • If you took part in Creator Rewards: the post link and whether it was paid, so the same post can never be paid twice.
  • Crash reports and usage analytics are deleted by Sentry and PostHog on their own schedule: up to 90 days for crash reports, up to 12 months for analytics.

Purchases themselves are recorded by Apple or Google under their own policies. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
